...And the Moon Kyodai Goddess stepped out slowly out of her ancient temple in the sky and watched how her own beautiful creation, the moon, appeared on the sky and shone with all its brightness on the earth and on every creature and plant on it...

A moon Kyodai goddess I designed for my friend Alexus Lioness at TLKFAA. I really like that picture and so I decided to upload it here, even if Alexus hasn't go a DA account^^
I really like the design of that Kyodai goddess, but I used too much stars on her *lol* I'm alos not quite satisfied with the temple and background, but it looks okay in my eyes and all in all it's a kinda pretty picture. Awww, jpeg ate some of my lines while saving, so some lines appear kinda thin in the piccie *sorry* Oh well, now the (c)

Ooh, amazing! O: The design is really pretty to look at, I love all the stars in it ^^ The background is really nice too, with the temple and the sky. I love how the design matches up with the background (how it goes from purple to blue). I also love how you can make tails look so pretty xD
While looking at the temple though, it seems to me that the pillar on the right is not entirely in perspective with the rest (especially the stairs). Maybe that's what was bothering you about the background?

Try sharpening and sharpening edges before jpegging, sometimes that helps coz it makes the contrast between colours sharper and stops the jpg compression algorithm dropping more information that it should :)

Nice design there, I actually like the overuse of stars, gives its fur a nice soft shimmery powdery look I think.
