Finally finished my entry for s and s contest ^_^
First I planned to do three entries, but then I ran out of ideas, so this will be my only entry XD Took me one week to get this crappy thingy done, but somehow I'm quite satisfied with this character, even if I was so frustrated with it yesterday so that I wanted to quit working on it, because my Photoshop froze every three minutes, because the picture file size was 59,2MB so it was way too large for my old com to handle *L* But late in the evening I finally managed to finish this pretty chara here
Anyways, this here is Uziwa a female Feline Dragon ( a species I created XD ) and like you can see she is a water element *L* She's part feline and part dragon, so that's why she has features of both species. Gave her king cheetah spot markings, because I think they would fit on her design, when she's hiding for prey underwater between water plants and stuff *lol* She's hunting fishes with those glowing ends of her "beard whiskers", but she also eats water plants and stuff she can grab with her dragon like front paws. Her long eel like tail helps her to swim faster and to navigate underwater, like those "fins" on her hind legs ^^
Really love her colors, especially that glowing neck marking, her eyes and shell like horns and her water mane, which is actually formed of running water, but somehow I couldn't show that on the pic, but I still like her water hair Took me forever to color and shade this and with some parts I'm also not quite satisfied, but I couldn't change it in the end, because that picture killed my arm And also ignore that strange background I did for this, because it sucks so badly *lmao* Good that this is just a designing contest and no background contest XD Wish me luck, because maybe I win something with her, but I think I won't because her design is just crappy and not very creative, but it still was so much fun to draw and design her ( not to color and shade her *lol* )
